For those who don’t know who Caleb is, he’s currently the Chef de Cuisine at Acre. Acre is an upscale, southern restaurant in Auburn Alabama, located just two blocks from the historic Toomer’s Corner. Acre features fresh local ingredients sourced from their own gardens and local farms, and offers their guests true southern hospitality.
Caleb, along with Chef/Owner of Acre, David Bancroft, recently competed on Season 1: Iron Chef Showdown on Food Network and won! Caleb also made it to the finale of Season 4: Spring Baking Championships also on the Food Network.
